By signing this document or agreeing to pay for service to Techinq IT Services LLP, based in INDIA, you agree following terms and condition:
This document details the terms & conditions that constitute the basis of the relationship between "we" or the service provider "Techinq" and the "you" the visitor to our site and/or an existing client receiving our services
“YOU” or “you”
You means you individually, any person, including any employer that you are acting on behalf of.
“We” or “TECHINQ”
We or Techinq represents Techinq IT Services LLP.
Techinq is an Independent, third party technical support provider, and we do not represent any other company or brands like DELL, HP etc.
Techinq is a team of highly certified technicians, and we provide software technical support for computer, Laptop and desktop. Here at Techinq we do not deal in any kind of hardware issue or hardware replacement. Techinq do not provide any onsite technical support to any customer under any circumstances.
Certain services may have minimum system requirements. We provide support over the phone, email, chat and remote access. We provide support for all software issue that can be fixed over the phone, email, chat or remote. Before we suggest you to pay our technician make sure that, problem for which you are calling for or for which you have contacted, is under support boundaries. We do not sell any software or application to the customers, however we can download software and application from internet which comes under free ware category and upon the demand of customer. We do not provide and serial key, activation code or product key for any third party software, other than developed by Techinq. You acknowledge that by your use of the Services You are authorizing Techinq to access and control your computer or device (collectively "Device") for the purposes of diagnosis, service and repair. In connection with delivering the Services, Techinq may download and use software, gather system data, take remote control of Your Device and access or modify Your Device settings. By accepting these terms, You hereby grant Techinq the right to connect to Your Device, download and use software on Your Device to gather system data, repair Your Device, take remote control of Your Device and change the settings on Your Device while performing the Services.
- You should be at least 18 years old to order/use services.
- Your account/subscription need to be used by you i.e. 1 person for number of computer defined under agreement or selected at the time of subscription.
- We provide services only for software issue not for hardware. During the time period of subscription, if you face any kind of hardware issue, hardware frailer or any physical damage on computer or any supported device, Techinq will not be responsible for that or will not provide any services for that. But for any kind of software issue under our support boundaries, you can call us back end number of times during tenure of services and you will not be charged for that.
- We do not provide any replacement or stand by on any computer part that has malfunctioned
- You are requested not to share your computer username and password with the support professional at any time, if this is accidentally shared, please change the password immediately
- All your action and interactions with us on computer support issues should comply with the cyber laws of India/US and or your country of residence.
- We request you to monitor remote session when you demand it or when ever our technician is working on your computer.
- We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time
- Techinq is an independent organization and a forerunner in Technical support services where our uniqueness lies in the different ranges of our products. Jeweled with certified technicians, Techinq does not represent or endorse any of the third-party companies. The trademarks, brand names and logos of other parties are used only for the endowment of information and should not be taken as any kind of accreditation as we respect every party.
Our services will be available only after making the payment for support plan you choose. We provide support in two plans.
- Per incident plan
- Annual or long term support plan.
Per incident plan is only for one problem on one computer. Once the problem will be taken care, we will not fix any other issue unless it’s related with base problem. However in per incident plan, we want to make sure that you issue is taken care properly. If in case same issue, for which you already received help comes again to your same machine within 7 days, we will be providing you with free support for that particular issue.
Annual plan or long term plan is valid for 1 year in which a you can call us back end number of times, for any kind of software issue(under support boundaries), and you will get free technical support every time. However annual support doesn’t means that we will provide you with software’s for your need. As described above, we do not sell any kind of software. We just provide software technical support.
Once you choose plan through website or over the phone, you will need to make the payment for same in advance. You can pay for our services through credit card or PayPal. Invoice for same will be delivered to you via email, within 24 hours including welcome mail and all payment and subscription details. We will also send a welcome mail which will contact all the contact information of company so that whenever you need you can reach us back.
Here at Techinq we will try to attend the call at first, however in any circumstances including high call volume, holidays etc, we request our customers to be patient. You can simple drop us email at email@example.com, and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Here at Techinq we believe in customer satisfaction and fixing you technical problem.
WE BELIVE IN “NO RESOLUTION, NO FEE”
IF IN CASE OUR TECHNICAL EXPERTS ARE NOT ABLE TO FIX EVEN ONE PROBLEM OF YOU COMPUTER (WHICH IS UNDER OUR SUPPORT BOUNDRIES OR RESOLUTION ASSURANCE GIVEN BY TECH EXPERT) WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH FULL REFUND.
FOR PER INCIDENTAL PLAN WE PROVIDE MONEY BACK GURANTEE FOR 7 DAYS BEGINNING AT THE TIME OF FIRST INCIDENT.
FOR ANNUAL OR LONG TERM SUBSCRIPTION WE PROVIDE 30 DAYS MONEY BACK GURANTEE BEGINNING AT THE TIME OF FIRST INCIDENT. AFTER 30 DAYS IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL SERVICES, THEN WE MAY CHARGE YOU $25 FOR PER SUCESSFUL SUPPORT GIVEN.
If we are not able to fix any issue within three days of issue intimated to us, you can ask for refund. However amount of refund depends on issues already resolved during tenure for annual support.
You may not use the Services, Materials in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Techinq server, or the network(s) connected to any Techinq server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any of the Techinq Portal, the Materials, Software or Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Techinq Portal, the Materials, Software or Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Techinq server or to any of the Techinq Portal, the Materials, Software or Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any Techinq Portal, the Materials, Software or Services or information through any means other than that specifically permitted to you under a Plan Order. Use of abusive language with tech experts or anyone in Techinq will result in termination of services.
- Use of fake identity of Techinq or any employ of Techinq for any purpose will result in termination of services.
- Details, images, data on this website is property of Techinq, and under any circumstances, you are not allowed to use it commercially or in any ways, without prior written permission from us.
- Uploading any abusive language or adult images/review on any page, website will terminate your services.
- If we find anything which is unlawful and against security of company, Techinq has rights of cancelling you services at any point of time.
- Uploading file that may contain virus, malware or any kind of threats, that may harm any system, computer or server is strictly prohibited.
TECHINQ DO NOT DEAL IN INSTALATION/REPAIR/SERVICE OF ANY PIRATED SOFTWARE. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT BEFORE YOU ASK OUR TECH EXPERTS TO HELP YOU, YOU SHOULD HAVE LISENCED COPY OF THAT SOFTWARE/APPLICATION. IF WE FOUND ANY USER USING ANY PIRATED OR ILLEGAL VERSION OF ANY SOFTWARE, THIS MAY LEAD TO TERMINATION OF SERVICES.
You may choose to terminate the agreement at your will and terms of refund policy will apply.
TECHINQ reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
