Techinq provide chat support, phone support, email support and remote technical support. Remote support is for you convenience so that you don’t have to stay over the phone and follow instructions. Techinq use certain software and application to take remote access of you computer, however it completely upon your consent. Without your permission we do not use remote control software.
We always suggest you and request you to close all personal windows and folders before you allow technician to take remote. Also we request you to monitor when technician is working on computer. We have internal policy according to which technician will never enter/open any of your personal file. Even if he/she wants to access any important file, he/she will ask for permission first. At the time of remote support, either you can be over the phone or you may chat with our technician on chat window.
CALL RECORDING AND LIVE SESSION:
The purpose of call recording is for internal training and monitoring purpose. We record the call to make sure that our quality standards are maintained. Similarly Techinq has right of recording remote/chat sessions of training, monitoring and research purpose. We don’t record remote session for any personal details.
